Resilent Child Program (Anti-bullying)

Anti-bullying is 10 week program is designed to support both parents and children in developing confidence, resilience, and strong social skills to help prevent bullying and reduce social vulnerability at school.

It is created for families who are concerned that their child may struggle to fit in, experience social difficulties, or become a target of bullying. The program includes 8 sessions for the child and 2 sessions for parents, ensuring support on both levels.

Children work on building self-esteem, emotional resilience, communication skills, and healthier peer relationships, while parents receive practical guidance on how to recognize early signs of social difficulties and respond in a supportive and effective way.

Together, the program helps create a stronger sense of safety, belonging, and confidence—so the child can feel more secure and thrive in their school environment.
