The University Transition & Student Well-Being Program is a preventive intervention designed to support students during the transition to university. The program addresses common challenges associated with this period, including academic adjustment, social integration, increased personal responsibility, and emotional stress. Particular attention is given to students who may face additional difficulties related to relocation, cultural adaptation, language barriers, or separation from established support networks.

The program aims to strengthen resilience, self-confidence, coping skills, and a sense of belonging within the university community. It consists of 10 sessions delivered over two months and is organized into two phases.

Phase 1: Pre-University Preparation (2 weeks) includes four sessions delivered twice weekly before the start of studies. These sessions focus on reducing transition-related anxiety and developing essential social, emotional, and coping skills.

Phase 2: Follow-Up Support (6 weeks) includes six weekly sessions during the first weeks of university attendance. The focus is on addressing real-life adjustment challenges, providing emotional support, strengthening problem-solving abilities, and promoting successful academic and social integration.

Through psychoeducation, skill-building activities, group discussions, and guided reflection, the program helps students navigate the transition to university and supports their academic, social, and emotional well-being.

Program pricing is country-specific, with payment available in the local currency.
