In addition to managing a private multi-family real estate portfolio and single-family home renovation company, I also work as a Real Estate Broker and Advisor, representing real estate investors as clients. Being opportunistically driven to leverage the Real Estate implosion that began in 2008, Rockland Investments, LLC started by identifying and acquiring distressed properties. By acquiring, renovating and then selling single-family homes, Rockland transitioned into to acquiring and holding properties as income-producing assets, creating a portfolio of directly-owned real estate holdings. In 2009 Rockland began to acquire multi-family investment properties, some requiring an entire building rehab of structural, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
